Ok, so he gets top billing because we have the same genes... But he's actually a great
friend as well as a brother. The kid's a genius with whatever he puts his mind to. Like
all genii (is that the plural?) he's also a little eccentric. Just don't give him a match
or leave him unattended near your glass table. Let's see, he's a master with film (print or motion), self taught musician, clever
writer, snazzy dresser and a lot of fun. I'm still trying to figure out what good traits I
got! (Pictured with best friend)

Matt (Pal)

This is my best Pal, Matt. I met him in the 5th grade and since
then we've been thru it all! School, work, women (well, I got the women)... We worked at a
company called SuperMac in high school and well... If you ever bought one of our hard
drives and found a dent in it, I'm sorry! -But I swear that drive was Matt's! I know what you're going to say; this really isn't a clear picture of Matt... But trust
me, I've seen the real thing since 5th grade, and this is his "best side"! :)

Ryan

(Xbox LIVE GamerTag: LiteRyan)
Ok, the first day I met him, he dragged me all over our hometown
because he had to find a stupid cape that was in his car's trunk (The car that we
had been driving all over town in!) That was more 10 years ago, and I've never forgiven
him, but he's one of my best friends, and I'm trying to get adopted into his family...
Although this picture might make him look bookish,
it was actually taken at Jekyl & Hydes, an incredible bar in New York
City. (He's coming out of the bathroom)
Favorite
phrase he shares with DarkDan: "Hellloooooo there!"

Bev
I could fill an entire page
about this woman. She's spunky, she's got a high voice... Imagine the
Muppets on caffeine. The first time I ever met her I asked "What's your
name?" and when she asked why I said, "So I know who I'm punching." That
pretty much sums up being friends with Beverly. She dated my best friend in
high school, moved to Florida, moved back, lived in areas where I thought
I'd get carjacked and now she's finally settled down! -Surprisingly I don't
have a picture of her and Derek together, but they're getting married in
2003!

Lisa & Scott [ Their web site, in progress???]

Lisa and I have been friends since high school where we
bonded during a play in which her only line was "Aaaaaaaaah!" Scott and I
share the same attitude toward X-box games (winning is the only option)
and he's also a great "one liner" guy with funny comebacks to almost
anything. Together they're unstoppable (seriously, don't challenge them at
HALO) and a fun couple to share margaritas with on the top floor of a
building (as shown in this photo, and -I believe- the reason Lisa is
"resting" on Scott)!

Laura & Ken
It drives Ken crazy when I mention Laura first, but she was my friend before he
ever was. Laura is a real sweetheart, and I'm a little jealous sometimes that Ken married
her. We've been really close friends since high school, and she's always willing to listen
to even my strangest of rants and raves. If you ever meet her, ask her about Neapolitan
ice cream (and don't tell her where you heard this!).
Ken is my computer buddy and a
really cool guy. He has awful taste in sports teams (because my teams win, his don't). And
he let's me slap him around in online games. Of course, when it comes to video games, he
gets the upper hand every now and again.
This is their "engagement photo"... I've begged and pleaded, threatened and
bribed but it took sending them a disposable camera and paying for the development to
finally get this photo on my web site! And I've waited over four years! (Who says I'm not
a die-hard friend?)

Chris
Well, I'm not sure what to say about Chris... He's a little crazy
about remote control planes and hockey... And we tend to get the same things at the same time (computers, homes, etc., etc...).
Our favorite place to eat is Benihana (once we even went there 3 times in
one week!) And we love hanging out at Barnes & Noble (partly because there's a Software
Etc. attached!)

John & Beth
Yes, they're this cute in person, too... This is
John & Beth. My college roommates. They're two of the nicest people I know, and they
always have wonderful things to say about me... Well, after I pay them.
If you aren't Clint, or John then you don't really know what that bare shoulder is in
the bottom corner of this picture... But the whole world will if John doesn't come up with
the cash!

Justin
Justin is the craziest fool I know. He also makes me wish I
had about 12 pounds of sugar in my body so I can keep up with him. He's an absolute blast
and a nice guy too. I think he really regrets that I cut my pony tail and stopped looking
like Steven Seagal, but hey, he cut his too! Yes, he's not looking too good in this picture, but if you had drank what he just had,
you'd have the same look on your face too!

Doug
Ladies and gentlemen, I reintroduce you to Doug! Previously I had a picture
of him here in a pink hat (hey
Doug, pink went out in the 80s!), with his first baby. Now in the 21st
century, he's had his second child. Doug's a great guy who I've known since
my first job out of college. Back then he played volleyball
and tried to keep up with me at Doom. Today much hasn't changed... I bet
he's even still got the hat somewhere!

Rauert
(Xbox LIVE GamerTag: LiteDan)

[ visit his web site ]
Ok,
Rauert is a really fun German fellow, who I've video game deathmatched until 1:30am; we both have over
$100 of phone charges from the first month of playing Duke Nukem to prove
it! We've also played paintball and he taught me the
incredibly addictive game of golf(-y golf). Favorite phrase from DarkDan: "If I wanted a
smartass, I'd teach my butt to
talk!"

Ambra
Anyone that could put up with 24 hours a day of
my Beavis & Butthead impressions while on a business trip in Chicago is alright by me!
Ok, she tried to pay me $10 to make me stop, but who wouldn't?!? "Heeh,
heeh, heeh." Ambra (whom I -affectionately- call "Ams") is my friend, confidant and one of
the best darned Producers I've ever seen. Call her sassy, call her crazy, but don't put a
couple drinks in her, or she'll be doing the calling (and it won't be pretty).

Liza

You've gotta love someone who will pose for a
picture with a balloon hat on. And that's Liza. She usually goes along
with everything I ask but gives me plenty of flak when things go wrong.
Just ask her about her birthday. I waited on her hand-and-foot and she
still only mentions the bumbled Bubble Lounge trip!

Rob
If you know me at all, you probably know Rob. Shown
here as he usually appears in the wild; with women clinging to him
tightly. Rob was a bartender at a famous Fresh-Mex restaurant which shall
remain nameless
(Chevy's) and was the inventor of the Green Bitch shot, originally
created March 17, 1999. For a period of almost 2 years, I saw Rob more
often than any other human being. Rob has a sarcastic and sometimes
downright pessimistic look on life, technology and women, but for a man
that is as good with the ladies as he is, I'm thinking it works!
Brad [ Visit
his site ]
Without a doubt, this man is the only person on this
page who even comes close to my level of gadgetry. I met him when I worked
for a handheld computer trade publication and we've been friends ever
since. His technical outlook on all things in life is a refreshing way to
discuss women, current events and even his work... Which although I know
he's focused on product development, I believe he'll end up in a think
tank someday... Hopefully the government isn't monitoring this site -- or
his!

Kathleen (Most like Scotty - 100% match!),
Michelle [

& Eve
[

]
(from left to right)
These
are three of my best friends at my old job. I could go on for hours, but
let's just leave it at Eve is "Hear no evil", Michelle (AKA Malty) is "Speak no evil" and Kathleen is "Dr. Evil"!
And I know this picture makes them all look like heavy
drinkers, but trust me -it's not the picture!

Tiffaney [
visit their web site
]
(and her boyfriend Bob,
plus a little kid for the "awwww how cute!" factor)
Meet Tiffaney, one part mom, one part kid, two parts
total sweetie. Tiff believes in my crazy schemes, supports my wildest
dreams and even takes part in my work themes. (Just ask her about the
James Bond company meeting.) Although Tiff was pretty well inseparable
from the three girls listed above, she gets her own spot because of all
the love and appreciation she's given me over the years. Bob (the other
adult in the picture) is a nice guy too, and was usually responsible for
picking Tiff up when I talked into having a "few" drinks with me.
-See Bob? It was all my fault!

Kuldip [
Visit his web site ]
This is my buddy and the ultimate party companion Kuldip! On
the off chance you haven't met him, Kuldip is, without a doubt, the coolest guy ever, and within two minutes of conversation you can't help saying "hey, can we move in together and be roommates?!?" In other words, if you spend 10 quality minutes with
him you'll leave feeling glowingly happy and with an uncontrollable smile on your face. He's kinda like therapy for your
soul, but without the $250/hour charge.

Lisa
OK, the first thing you might notice is all the alcohol
in the photo. These are all Lisa's drinks. She only has friends to help
carry all her shots of Belvedere around the bar! -OK, that's not exactly
true, but it's close. The second thing you might notice is that the
picture is fuzzy. Well, Lisa hates pictures. So I have 16 photos of the
back of her head, and this picture. See Lisa? That's what you get!

SCOTTY LEE
(Xbox LIVE GamerTag: Turdlobber)

Not hard to see why I'm friends with this guy, is it? In addition to his
connections to Coca-Cola, Scotty is also a devout HALO player and a great
dice player.
Public Service Announcement:
If you are a friend that has not been included in this listing, you're probably a
little upset now, aren't you? Well, it could be for one of two reasons:
- I don't like you enough to claim you as my friend.
:-)
- I don't have a picture of you.
If you're dying to be on this page (and, frankly, who isn't?) log into the
Extranet and fill out the "be my
friend" form. Of course, if you don't have the password to the Extranet, then
maybe you shouldn't be asking me at all...
